Ghillie Blanket...

To make a ghillie blanket,
do you just attach burlap to the netting and you're done,
or do you need to sew the netting on to a blanket or something???

it depends on how comfortable you wanna be. The netting only is cooler and more lightweight but the burlap and harsh netting material seems to rub sensitve skin pretty bad. My advice is to attach it not to a blanket but a bed sheet thats an olive green color of some sort (or whatever ur base environments color is) This makes it more lightweight and a little bit cooler for the summer. But be farewarned burlap is very harmful to sensitive skin and its very irritating. My advice is to use good thick raveled fabric thats well attached to the netting with liquid stitch.
